A Quiet Place of
Exceptional Terroir

Acacia Hills occupies a singular position in the volcanic highlands of northern Tanzania. At nearly 1,900 metres, the estate sits within a belt of montane forest, where cool temperatures, seasonal mists, and mineral-rich soils create conditions that slow the maturation of coffee cherries, concentrating their flavour.

The land has been cultivated for generations. We work with the forest rather than against it, maintaining shade canopies and preserving the biodiversity that makes this region unique.

Ngorongoro Highlands

The crater rim forests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area represent one of Africa's most distinctive growing regions. Volcanic soils, abundant rainfall, and elevation combine to produce coffee of remarkable clarity and complexity.

Cultivated for Complexity

We grow heirloom varietals suited to our specific microclimate. Each lot is hand-picked at peak ripeness, processed on-site, and dried slowly to preserve the nuanced character of the bean.

The result is coffee with pronounced floral notes, stone fruit sweetness, and a clean, lingering finish that reflects the altitude and care behind every harvest.
